£1250 - Toby, Worcester

In June 2009 Toby, a child from Worcester, was with his family in the car when they were involved in a road traffic accident. The driver of the vehicle in which Toby was travelling had been approaching a right hand bend and when he reached the corner a learner driver was oncoming in the middle of the road. The learner driver skidded and collided with the front of the car in which Toby was travelling.
