We have recently heard that some personal injury victims are being charged a fee by personal injury claims companies. Under no circumstances should any victim consider paying any sum to a claims company, whether it is payable immediately or at the end of the claim. There is no need to do this, and in our opinion such a fee can never be justified.

If a claims company insists you must pay an "administration" or "management" charge, hang up the phone and find a claims company or a solicitor that will not charge you such a fee.

We do not need to then charge any fee to the personal injury victim. We feel you have suffered enough, and to suffer financially when you have already suffered physically we believe is not appropriate.
