The Motor Accident Solicitors Society (MASS) is a not for profit organisation that campaigns to ensure that the victims of Road Traffic Accidents receive justice. They have recently seen a large increase in the number of whiplash claims where insurers are trying to settle whiplash or other road accident claims directly with innocent accident victims.
